OXFORD, Mich., April 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors
of Oxford Bank Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: OXBC), the holding company for
Oxford Bank, announced today the Bank appointments of Debbie J. Hansen to
assistant vice president and branch manager of its Clarkston location, and
Mary L. Strong to bank officer and branch manager of its Dryden office. The
Bank's Clarkston office is located at 7199 North Main Street, while its
downtown Dryden site is located at 5459 Main Street.

A Clarkston resident, Mrs. Hansen officially joined Oxford Bank on
April 8, 2004. She brings over 14 years of branch administration, lending,
and retail banking experience to her new position. Her areas of expertise
include operations management, consumer and commercial lending, business
development and marketing, and customer service.
An Ortonville resident, Mrs. Strong joins Oxford Bank having 15 years of
retail banking and branch management experience with two Michigan-based,
regional banking institutions. She offers a vast background in customer
service, employee training and oversight, business development, and sales.
Her first official day of employment was April 19, 2004.
Jeffrey M. Davidson, president and chief executive officer of Oxford Bank,
