MIDLAND, Mich., May 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- David B. Ramaker,
President and Chief Executive Officer of Chemical Financial Corporation
(Nasdaq: CHFC), today announced the promotion of W. Brian Beall to 1st Vice
President, Data Services.
Mr. Beall joined the staff of Chemical Bank & Trust Company - Owosso,
formerly Key State Bank, in 1993. In 1994, he transferred to CFC Data
Corporation where he served as manager of this subsidiary. He was
subsequently promoted to Vice President in 1999 and Vice President and
Assistant General Manager in 2002.
Prior to joining Chemical Bank, Brian studied computer science and
mathematics at Indiana University and was an account services supervisor at
Bloomington Bank and Trust Company, located in Indiana.

banking offices and 2 loan production offices spread over 33 counties in the
