Paul Saltzman will be leaving The Bond Market Association to join eSpeed as
Chief Operating Officer, Micah S. Green, president of the Association

Paul Saltzman has served The Bond Market Association with vigor and
distinction for almost ten years helping us serve our members in increasing
numbers of ways, most recently by spearheading our drive to establish the
"Guiding Principles to Promote the Integrity of Fixed Income Research." Under
Paul's leadership as EVP and General Counsel, the Association has broadened
