Rick Mattock Joins Reflect Systems as Vice President, Software Development

       Software Veteran Formerly With Fuego, Next Generation Networks

    DALLAS, May 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Reflect Systems Inc., a leading provider
of digital signage products and solutions, today announced the hiring of
Rick Mattock to the position of Vice President, Software Development and
Customer Support. Mattock, a seasoned executive with experience in all
aspects of software development, product management and customer support,
will lead the development of new software for Reflect Systems'
ReflectView(TM), ReflectWeb(TM) and ReflectNet(TM) product lines, as well
as oversee all areas of customer support for Reflect Systems software.
    Mattock comes to Reflect Systems from Fuego Inc., a leader in Business
Process Management (BPM) software solutions which was recently acquired by
BEA Systems. At Fuego, Mattock led the strategic development of Fuego's
award- winning product offering, FuegoBPM Suite, managed customer support,
and played a critical role in the company's acquisition by BEA.
    Prior to his time with Fuego, Mattock also served as Vice President of
Software Development and Media Operations at Next Generation Networks,
Inc., a digital signage network company. Next Generation Networks (NGN) was
sold to Regal Entertainment Group; after completion of the sale, Mattock
and his team modified the core NGN system to support Regal Cinema's
location-based signage network, including interfaces with the company's
film projectors and theater point-of-sale (POS) systems.

    Through his career, Mattock has held a number of executive positions in
software development, product management and sales engineering. Among the
companies he has worked for are Lotus/IBM, Objectspace, Shared Medical
Systems (now Siemens) and Symantec.
    Mattock holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Systems Analysis from
St. Vincent College, and a second undergraduate degree in Art History from
Penn State University. At Penn State he also earned a Masters of Management
in Business Administration.
