King Pharmaceuticals To Webcast Live Conference Call Following Release of First-Quarter 2006 Earnings

    BRISTOL, Tenn., May 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- King Pharmaceuticals,
Inc. (NYSE: KG) reported today that the Company will provide a live webcast
of its conference call to be held following King's announcement of earnings
for the first quarter ended March 31, 2006. As previously announced, King
plans to announce earnings for the first quarter ended March 31, 2006 prior
to the market open on Tuesday, May 9, 2006.
