Parlux Fragrances Enters Into a Letter of Intent With Paris Hilton

    FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Parlux Fragrances,
Inc. (Nasdaq: PARL) announced today the signing of a letter of intent with
Paris Hilton to launch a fragrance under her name.  The letter of intent is
subject to the execution of a definitive license agreement.  The parties
anticipate launching the fragrance before the end of 2004.
    Upon signing, Paris Hilton said "I am very excited to be involved with
Parlux Fragrances and am looking forward to working with their team on the
creation of my new fragrance."
