DALLAS, May 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ENSCO International Incorporated
(NYSE: ESV) announced today that Jon C. Cole, Senior Vice President - Business
Development and Safety, Health, Environment, has resigned from the Company to
pursue other interests, effective May 15, 2005. Mr. Cole joined ENSCO in
March 2003 as Vice President - Business Development and Marketing, and was
promoted to his current position in March 2004.
Carl F. Thorne, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ENSCO, commented:
