NGAS Announces 1st Quarter Conference Call on May 12, 2005

    LEXINGTON, Ky., May 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NGAS RESOURCES, INC.
(Nasdaq: NGAS) today announced that its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer,
William S. Daugherty, and Chief Financial Officer, Michael P. Windisch, will
hold a conference call to discuss earning results for the first quarter ended
March 31, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. EDT on Thursday, May 12, 2005.
