TAMPA, Fla., May 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- GATX Technology announced the
appointment of Glenn M. Miller as Vice President of Technology effective April
1. Mr. Miller's primary role is to provide technology guidance to GATX
Technology and its customers through a Strategic Advisory Services team.
Mr. Charles Stevens, chief technology officer of GATX Technology, said,
"Glenn brings to GATX an exceptional background in Information Technology that
includes research, consulting, and marketing, among other areas. Glenn has
been widely published and has presented on key technology issues throughout
the world."
Mr. Miller has over 30 years of experience in the technology field. Most
recently, Mr. Miller had his own consulting firm providing companies with
advisory services on a range of functional issues including leasing,
international communications/networking, middleware products, application
servers, and systems integration. Mr. Miller received an M.S. and a BS in
Computer Science from Mississippi State University.
