Poza, vice president, Homeland Security, as one of the country's most powerful Hispanic executives in technology and business. Previously, he was vice president and general manager of Strategic Systems in Raytheon's Command, Control, Communication and Information Systems (C3I) business. During his tenure, Strategic Systems achieved a 31 percent growth in revenues and a 52 percent growth in profits.
