WASHINGTON, May 8 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- In March, AHIP's Board of
Directors advocated for stronger federal regulation and oversight of the
Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D plan marketing activities. Today,
the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services issued its new regulations.
