telephony and equipment interface products, announced today that customers can
now download copies of the company's latest paper catalog from the HelloDirect
Web site ( http://www.hellodirect.com ). Customers may view the catalog on their
PC's using the Adobe Acrobat Reader(TM) and print selected sections or the
entire catalog for their convenience. Visitors who request a paper copy of
the catalog on the Web site or over the phone will be given the option of
receiving a catalog immediately by downloading it over the Internet.
Hello Direct mails nearly 30 million catalogs annually and believes the
catalog reaches more telecommunications decision makers in small to medium
size businesses than any other telecom related publication.
"The Web is the customers' "anytime" resource for information and
purchase, and the catalog is the "anywhere" resource. Many of our traditional
catalog customers are using our Web site more frequently and the downloadable

day and offers many products, services, and specials that don't appear in the
catalog. But a catalog can be easier to take to a meeting or into the boss's

On a test basis, the downloadable catalog became available on March 1.
Since then customers have completed over 2,000 catalog downloads. Customers
may download the entire catalog or individual sections dedicated to headsets,
teleconferencing, cordless phones, corded phones, and phone systems. At
56 kilobits per second, download times range from 3 minutes for the phone
system section to 109 minutes for the entire catalog. At DSL or T1 speeds the
downloading is many times faster.
