Buena Vista Games Drives the Game Boy Advance Market With Exciting New Action Games for Players of All Ages

 TRON 2.0: Killer App and Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas Titles
                              Announced for Fall

    BURBANK, Calif., May 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Buena Vista Games, Inc., the
global interactive entertainment arm of The Walt Disney Company, today
announced its exciting, new roster of action-packed Nintendo Game Boy(R)
Advance titles for gamers, tweens and Disney fans, slated for release in
summer and fall 2004.  Based on hit properties from various entities within
The Walt Disney Company, the company's new line-up offers gamers the very best
in both entertainment and adrenaline-pumping gameplay on the hand-held game
console.  E3 attendees can check out Buena Vista Games' new titles at booth
#900, South Hall.

that young game fans enjoy the ability to interact with their favorite

    Buena Vista Games' new Game Boy Advance title line-up includes:

    Action Games
    TRON 2.0: Killer App for Game Boy Advance -- The newest addition to Buena
Vista Interactive's TRON game series lets players take on the role of digital
warriors Tron and Mercury as they battle against The Corruptor, an evil
computer program attempting to create the ultimate virus and take over the
system.  The game features two unique storylines, incredible third-person
digital action, hyper-fast vehicle combat, upgradeable characters, multiplayer
levels and more, delivering a truly fun gameplay experience unlike any other
on hand-held game console.  TRON 2.0: Killer App for Game Boy Advance is
slated for release in fall 2004.  TRON 2.0:  Killer App for Xbox is also
slated for release in fall 2004.

    Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas:  The Pumpkin King -- Once a
holiday king, Oogie Boogie has so ruined his August holiday of celebrating
bugs to the point where his holiday has completely ceased to exist.
Therefore, he has decided that if he can't have his own holiday, then
Halloween will do nicely.  Meanwhile, Jack and the citizens of Halloween Town
notice that unusual bugs have started to infest their township.  Unable to
figure out where these creepy crawlers have come from, Jack and his trusted
pal Zero embark on a journey to locate the source of the ever-increasing bug
invasion.  With help from familiar faces, such as Sally-the-Mayor, and the
inventions of Dr. Finklestein, Jack discovers that the bugs are under the
command of Oogie Boogie.  Now, it's up to Jack to rid the town of this new
infestation, and stop Oogie Boogie from carrying out his evil plot.  This is
the story of how Jack Skellington met Oogie Boogie, and how he saved

    Disney's Kim Possible 2:  Drakken's Demise -- Based on the action-packed
series on Disney Channel, Kim Possible is back in another video game adventure
where players lead her into battle against Falsetto Jones, Gemini, Duff
Killigan, Shego and Dr. Drakken.  Kim can bounce up walls, hurl glue bombs to
subdue enemies, judo flip henchmen, reflect laser beams with her hand mirror
and spray hot sauce to melt icy obstructions.  If all else fails, players can
engage her amazing stealth suit and make her invisible to enemy eyes.  The
game delivers four action-packed episodes, each offering a new gadget and
acrobatic ability.  As players progress through the game, they can go back and
replay earlier levels, including accessing areas that were previously
unreachable.  Remember, anything is possible when Kim Possible is involved!
Kim Possible 2:  Drakken's Demise is slated for release in summer 2004.

    Disney's Lizzie McGuire 2 -- Based on the top-rated TV series on Disney
Channel and following the smash success of Lizzie McGuire: On the Go for Game
Boy Advance, Disney Interactive will launch Lizzie McGuire 2 GBA which lets
players reprise their role as Lizzie in a new animated action-adventure game
guaranteed to delight girls of all ages.  Lizzie McGuire 2 is slated for
release in fall 2004.

    Disney's That's So Raven -- Based on Disney Channel's hit TV series of the
same name, Disney Interactive's new That's So Raven action-adventure game for
Game Boy Advance lets girls take on the role of Raven herself, where they can
experience her psychic premonitions and master her power in order to prevent
disaster.  The game also features Raven's favorite friends and includes four
side-scrolling adventures with each adventure based on an episode from the TV
series.  That's So Raven is slated for release in fall 2004.

    Disney's Lilo & Stitch -- Based on Disney Channel's hit television program
"Lilo & Stitch," Disney Interactive will launch the sequel to the wildly
popular Lilo &  Stitch for Game Boy Advance where kids play as both Stitch and
Lilo as they attempt to rescue Nina and David who have been kidnapped by the
evil Hamsterviel and taken onboard his spaceship.  To complicate things,
Hamsterviel has created evil alien Experiments that go head-to-head with the
heroes.  Players must start by capturing each Experiment and harnessing their
special power in order to progress and capture the next, such as with Sparky,
Experiment 22, which can help players out with his powerful electricity balls,
or Richter, Experiment 513, which can shake things up by igniting a rockin',
rollin' earthquake!  The game includes three modes of play, including platform
shooting as Stitch, navigation and strategy as Lilo and action-packed racing,
in addition to multiplayer mode which lets kids play together.  Lilo & Stitch
2 is slated for release in fall 2004.

    Additionally, Buena Vista Games has a robust line-up of currently
announced Game Boy Advance titles with its licensees including: Kingdom
Hearts: Chain of Memories with Square Enix, Disney/Pixar's The Incredibles and
