Game Publishers and Developers Choose NVIDIA at E3

Platform-Defining PC Titles to Be Showcased on NVIDIA-based PCs Provided By HP

    ELECTRONIC ENTERTAINMENT EXPO-LOS ANGELES, May 10
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA), the worldwide
leader in visual processing solutions, today announced that its GeForce(TM) 6
series of graphics processing units (GPU) is the overwhelming choice of
publishers and developers participating in this week's Electronic
Entertainment Expo (E3).  More than 500 PCs equipped with NVIDIA's latest
generation GeForce 6800 GPUs will be used by over 30 game publishers and
developers, including Activision, Bethesda(R) Softworks, Codemasters Software
Ltd., Electronic Arts, Eidos Interactive, Novalogic, Sega, Sony Online
Entertainment, THQ, Ubisoft and more, to showcase a broad selection of titles
that further define the PC as a bleeding-edge gaming device.

    The NVIDIA booth (South Hall -- 324) will serve as a showcase for gaming
on the PC with an impressive collection of more than 45 new games, each taking
advantage of the new GeForce 6800 series of GPUs to deliver breakthrough
gaming experiences at blazing-fast frame rates.  The Company will also
showcase new game titles with planned support for Shader Model 3.0 -- a key
feature of Microsoft(R) DirectX(R) 9.0 -- enabled only by the NVIDIA
GeForce(TM) 6 Series.  Titles include Armies of Exigo(TM) (EA Games), Damage,
Inc (Climax), EverQuest(R) II (Sony Online Entertainment), Far Cry (Ubisoft),
Painkiller (Dreamcatcher Games), Pirates of the Burning Sea (Flying Lab
Software), S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of Chernobyl (THQ) and Tiger Woods PGA(R)
Tour 2005 (EA Sports).
