TAMPA, Fla., May 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Xcelicor, Inc., a leading Human
Capital Management (HCM) consultancy firm, today announced the hiring of
Scott Stoll as Vice President of Sales. A 15-year sales and marketing
veteran with demonstrated leadership skills, Mr. Stoll will be responsible
for directing and expanding Xcelicor's sales group.

understanding of the HCM sales process, a consistent track record of

Mr. Stoll comes to Xcelicor from Oracle (R) Corporation where he most
recently held the position of Director of Sales, HCM & Learning Management
System applications. While at Oracle, Mr. Stoll spent eight years selling
software and managing software sales professionals, and the remaining five
as Director then Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Oracle
Education's North American division. In each role, he has consistently
exceeded sales plan goals and proved his leadership abilities through the
construction of world-class sales organizations.
Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Stoll held sales and marketing positions
at Motorola's RISC division and GSD&M -- a marketing and advertising firm
based in Austin, TX.
