LONDON, May 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- United Business Media Plc
today announces that after seven years in his role as Chief Executive of
CMP Asia, Peter Sutton has decided to step down in the autumn of this year.
Peter joined United Business Media in 1982 and has enjoyed a successful
career as a journalist, editor, publisher and senior executive, and has
been based in a number of locations - London, Brussels, San Francisco and,
for the last twelve years, Hong Kong. Peter will continue as President of
CMP Asia in a non-executive, consultative role. UBM has commenced its
search for Peter's successor, with both internal and external candidates
being considered for the post.
