ENGLEWOOD, Colo., May 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Leading global customer

Under the extended agreement, Cox will use CSG's print and mail services,
known as CSG Direct Solutions, through December 2008. The four-year extension
will enable Cox to continue to deliver printed statements to its customer
base.
CSG and Cox initially forged an agreement for print and mail services in
2000 that was set to expire in March 2005. The extended agreement builds on
CSG's proven capabilities to support Cox' needs for industry-leading quality
invoices to its subscriber base using CSG's state-of-the art facilities and
technology.
CSG's Direct Solutions offering provides statement presentation services
including full-service print and mail, custom statements, online viewing,
presentment and payment, and marketing and design -- regardless of the billing
system. Cox also will continue to use CSG's Statement Express(R), an online
statement imaging viewing system that enables customer service representatives
(CSRs) to view the same bill as the customer.
"It is important for Cox to deliver statements that are easy to read,
accurate and provide our customers with important information about new
promotions and services," said Ray Deaton, Executive Director of Computer
Operations, Cox. "CSG has the proven expertise and state-of-the-art
facilities to consistently print and mail high-quality statements to our
customers each and every month, and we look forward to continuing our
relationship under this extended agreement."
"As one of the largest providers of print and mail statement services for
the North American broadband industry, CSG focuses on helping operators use
the monthly statement as a strategic tool for communicating with customers,"
said Ed Nafus, president, CSG's Broadband Services Division.
CSG is the leading provider of print and mail services to North American
broadband operators, with more than one-third of all U.S. households receiving
a printed video or Internet statement from CSG. CSG's two state-of-the-art
print and mail facilities in Omaha, Neb. and Tallahassee, Fla. produce
51 million statements each month on behalf of the company's North American
service provider customers.
