NVIDIA(R) Technology Powers First HD DVD-ROM Notebook Available in U.S.

   New Toshiba Notebook with HD-DVD-ROM and NVIDIA Graphics Showcased at
                     World's Largest Entertainment Expo

    ELECTRONIC ENTERTAINMENT EXPO, LOS ANGELES, May 11
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA) today announced
that Toshiba's Digital Products Division (DPD), a division of Toshiba
America Information Systems, Inc. is showcasing the first notebook PC with
an HD DVD-ROM drive available in the U.S. at the NVIDIA booth at E3. The
new notebook, the Toshiba Qosmio(TM) G35-AV650, features the NVIDIA
GeForce(R) Go 7600 graphics processing unit (GPU) which enables the
playback of highly-anticipated, high definition movies with superb picture
clarity.

GeForce Go 7600 GPU delivers advanced technologies including:
