Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over Movie Stars, Alexa Vega and Daryl Sabara,
to Make Special Guest Appearance at Buena Vista Games' Booth,
                      Number 924, South Hall at E3 2003

    BURBANK, Calif., May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Everyone's favorite kid-sized
spies Carmen and Juni are back! Disney Interactive, the children's software
label of Buena Vista Games, Inc., today announced it will release two Spy Kids
3-D: Game Over games, based on the upcoming summer movie of the same name, for
Game Boy(R) Advance and PC. Both titles are slated for release in July 2003
and will offer players, ages six and up, unique, action-packed cyber world
adventures.
Disney Interactive also today announced that Alexa Vega and Daryl Sabara,
who play Carmen and Juni in the widely popular Spy Kids movie series, will be
on-hand to sign autographs and take pictures with show attendees at E3 2003.
Vega and Sabara will be at Buena Vista Games' booth, number 924, South Hall,
on Thursday, May 15 from 2 to 3 p.m.
Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over takes kids to the other side of the screen as they
plunge inside the cyber world of a video game in 3-D with Carmen and Juni.
Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over for Game Boy Advance, the first game ever
introduced for the handheld platform with 3-D elements, is an innovative
action adventure thriller. Taking on the role of veteran OSS agent Juni,
players journey inside a video game on a quest to save his sister, Carmen,
from the clutches of the infamous Toy Maker. The journey leads players
through four unique worlds, including Platform World, Robocon World, Lava
World and Mega Racer World, each providing 12 action-packed levels, and three
high speed Mega Cycle races, as they match wits with the evil Toy Maker's best
beta testers. Using amazing moves, including combo attacks, rocket boosters,
triple kicks and energy stealers, players take down shredders, robots and lava
monsters, and everything else that pops up, as they hunt through each game
level in search of Carmen.
Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over for PC lets players join Carmen and Juni as they
battle to save the world in 3-D. Entering what appear to be inescapable,
virtual worlds of popular video games, created by an evil inventor, players
put their spy skills to the test as they face three distinct challenges. In
Battle Sticks, Carmen and Juni must work together to get through a maze of
platforms that move unexpectedly. In Cycle Race, players race full-throttle
through blazing-fast, hair-raising tracks, each packed full of jumps and
banking turns. In the third game, Lava Surfing, players can challenge friends
to a spy-to-spy competition where they each partake in daring rescues within
ever-evolving molten lava drenched landscapes. Each game demands the unique
skills that only a true spy could perform, not to mention a little spy luck.
In addition, Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over players will be able to unlock and
view extra features, such as character images or trading cards, hidden within
each game version, using special edition Spy Kids 3-D glasses that will be
packaged with each game and available at movie theaters.
"Kids who can't get enough of Spy Kids movies will truly enjoy Disney
Interactive's Spy Kids 3-D Game Over video games," said Bob Picunko, director
of marketing, Disney Interactive. "Each game packs industry-first 3-D
innovation and thought-provoking, break-neck challenges, enabling players to
continue enjoying the spy-filled, action-packed adventure long after the movie
has ended."
