    ANN ARBOR, Mich., May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The New Enterprise Forum, the
entrepreneurs' link to resources, announces the May 20, 2004 meeting titled
"Are You Marketing to Your Real Customer?"  This meeting is held in
conjunction with the Ann Arbor IT Zone and will be held at the Ann Arbor IT
Zone location, 330 East Liberty, Ann Arbor, Michigan.

    The panel presentation will focus on connecting the dots between product,
position, price and promotion to target your real customer.  Panelists include
Lee Pavach, director of marketing for Foresee Results; Michael Young, director
of corporate marketing for MSC Software and Jim Price, president of Company
Crafters.
    This meeting features two showcase presentations by local entrepreneurs.
The first presentation will be given by Tom Kelly, president of QSS Solutions.
QSS Solutions has designed a product, Iced*CAD, an award-winning software
product that allows manufacturers to reduce their custom product order cycle
from a manual process taking two weeks, to a Web-based, customer initiated
process taking less than 10 minutes.  The second presentation, from DCM
Associates, will be presented by Deb Marmarelli, DCM founder.  DCM is an
online eLearning development firm that is developing courses for federally
mandated training for hazardous material workers.
    The May 20, 2004 event meeting sponsor is NEF stakeholder Clayton
