Multi-Platform Product Line-Up Features Diverse Group of Titles and
                         State of the Art Technology

LOS ANGELES, May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The Climax Group today announced some
of the company's exciting multi-platform titles that will be shown at the 2004
Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). Among the titles to be shown at E3 are
Warhammer Online, in its first playable state, one of the most technologically
advanced MMORPGs to date; Crash 'n' Burn(TM), an arcade driving game for
PlayStation 2 and Xbox; and Sudeki, a sexy first-party Xbox title. These and
other anticipated titles will be shown at various publisher booths during this
year's show.
"Climax is at the cutting edge of product development, and this year's
line up includes several exciting titles that utilize our internally developed
cross-platform technology, including Blimey 2," said Karl Jeffery, CEO of
Climax. "Together with our publishing partners, we are excited to highlight
our progress on several key and innovative properties, and showcase the tools
and technologies we use to bring our games to current and next generation
platforms."
Following are short descriptions of the titles from Climax that will be on
display at E3:

     * Crash 'n' Burn(TM). Crash 'n' Burn(TM) is an arcade driving game for
PlayStation 2 and Xbox, where the focus is on aggressive and dangerous
driving. The game features online support for 16 players and will be
Eidos' first online console game. Crash 'n' Burn(TM) will be showcased
at the Eidos booth, South Hall 924.

     * ATV Offroad Fury 3. Climax secured this first party title with SCEA,
the sequel to the multi million selling Fury 1 and Fury 2 titles.
We're building on the extremely popular game play that players know
and love from Fury 2 and taking it to a whole new level. Fury 3's
promises include more bike upgrades, customizable features, expansive
online section and greater player interactivity within all the
different environments including destructible and interactive
instances. This version will without a doubt be the fastest most
furious experience yet. In development on Sony PSP and Playstation 2.
Fury 3 will be showcased at SCEA's booth, West Hall 2416.

     *  Lilo & Stitch.  Disney's Lilo & Stitch: Hamsterviel's Revenge is an
action-packed adventure featuring all your favorite characters from
the manic TV series. Take control of Stitch as he fights hordes of
angry troops in a battle to save his cousins in fast-paced shooting
levels, and then use lateral thinking and brain power to guide Lilo
through puzzle-based levels. As Lilo and Stitch rescue Stitch's
experimental brethren, players can use their powers to cause maximum
mayhem and to solve puzzles in ways never seen before in videogames.
Rounded off by madcap buggy levels as our heroes storm from one
location to another, Hamsterviel's Revenge has something for everyone.
And it's all wrapped up in a crazy storyline starring everyone's
favorite megalomaniacal rodent, Dr Jacques von Hamsterviel. Lilo &
Stitch: Hamsterviel's Revenge will be showcased at the Buena Vista
        booth, South Hall 900.

     * Damage Inc (working title). This year at E3 Damage Inc will be on show
on the Nvidia stand running behind closed doors. Nvidia are using an
enhanced PC version of Damage Inc to show off the capabilities of
their new NV40 graphics card. The Damage Inc team have worked
alongside Nvidia throughout to produce this impressive demonstration.
Damage Inc will be shown behind closed doors at Nvidia, South Hall
        324.

     * Sudeki. Sudeki will push the limits of what you think an RPG can be,
with bigger worlds, more powerful heroes and sexier heroines all
wrapped around Hong Kong-style cinematic combat. Set in a world ripped
apart by deceit, Sudeki sets its heroes on a twisting path of
betrayal, gravity-defying combat and unbelievable magic. Sudeki will
be shown at the Microsoft booth, South Hall 1246.

     * TRON 2.0. TRON 2.0, the present-day sequel to the 1982 cult film
classic that was a landmark of computerized graphical ingenuity, is a
story-driven, first-person action game that propels the player into an
alternate universe inside a computer. As Jet Bradley (son of the
original films hero Alan Bradley) you will combat digital opponents
using guns, rods, grenades, missiles, and the iconic TRON disc.
Tron 2.0 will be shown at the Buena Vista Interactive booth,
        South Hall 900.

     * Warhammer Online. Fans of massively multi-player online games will be
able to interact with thousands of players per game per world,
utilizing a dizzying range of weaponry and skills, and experiencing
endless story line possibilities in this grim and gritty yet visually
stunning MMORPG. Warhammer Online will be shown at the Games Workshop
        booth, West Hall 2676.

     * Hot Wheels Stunt Track Challenge. Hot Wheels(TM) Stunt Track
Challenge(TM) videogames are in development for the PlayStation(R)2
computer entertainment system, the Xbox(TM) videogame system from
Microsoft, Nintendo(R)'s Game Boy(R) Advance and PC. The
PlayStation 2 version will feature an online component, allowing six
players to race head-to-head. All skus, which will feature extreme
game show-style stunt challenges and sizzling fast racing action, are
scheduled to release this fall. Hot Wheels Stunt Track Challenge will
be showcased at THQ's booth, South Hall 1024.
