LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM) announced
today that Argus Health Systems will begin providing its pharmacy claims
processing, reporting and benefits administration services to Humana in
September 2005. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Argus will
support Humana's core pharmacy initiatives such as the delivery of the
Medicare Part D drug benefit strategy, as well as Humana's industry-leading
and patent-pending RxImpact benefit, RxCalculator pricing tool and Maximize
Your Benefit program.

Medicare Part D products in 2006.
