(OTC: SIPX.PK) today announced the appointment of John Ryu to the position
of Country Manager for Korea. Ryu brings several years of technical and
sales experience in Korea, most recently from Semtech and LG Electronics.
Mr. Ryu will be opening an office in Seoul, where the field applications
engineering team will also be based.

During his eight years at Semtech, Mr. Ryu was a key member of the team
that successfully launched a series of multi-channel charge pumps, and
penetrated Korea's largest cell phone manufacturer. He holds a BEE from
Dong-A University, South Korea.
