Financial Executives International Announces Call for 2008 Hall of Fame Nominations

    FLORHAM PARK, N.J., May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Financial Executives
International (FEI), the preeminent association for financial executives,
is proud to announce that they are now accepting nominations for the 2008
Financial Executives International Hall of Fame. Nominations will be
accepted through June 13 and may be submitted online through a dedicated
web site, http://www.feihall.org.

    Now in its third year, the FEI Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who
epitomize the performance, leadership and integrity of the most exemplary
financial executives throughout their careers. The honor was established in
2006 as part of FEI's celebration of its 75th Anniversary as a professional
organization. Past inductees of the Hall of Fame include Dennis R.
Beresford (2006), Frank J. Borelli (2006), F. Gorham Brigham, Jr. (2006),
Thomas Jones (2007), Robert W. Moore (2006), Charles H. Noski (2006), and
Samuel Siegel (2007).

    "The FEI Hall of Fame allows an opportunity to acknowledge individuals
whose legacy has made a significant contribution to the growth and
development of financial management throughout the world," says Michael P.

strongly encourage those in the financial community to nominate leaders
whose dedication and leadership has impacted our profession."

    Both FEI members and non-members from all business sectors and academia
are eligible for nomination. Nominees may also be retired or recognized
posthumously. FEI Hall of Fame nominees will exhibit exceptional attributes
in categories considered essential to executive excellence. Selection
criteria includes: individual and organizational performance, leadership,
integrity, innovation and community involvement.

    Qualified nominees will be evaluated by a selection committee comprised
of corporate leaders that include current and past FEI leadership and past
Hall of Fame inductees. The 2008 class of inductees will be formally
celebrated and inducted at the FEI Hall of Fame Gala Dinner on Monday,
November 17 at the New York Stock Exchange in New York City.
