BestNet Announces Capital Infusion to Accelerate Growth

    GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., May 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
BestNet Communications Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: BESC), a provider of
patented Internet-based communications solutions, today announced that it has
completed a private placement of $800,000 of convertible secured promissory
notes through Equity Securities Investments, Inc.
    The Company's Bestnetcall service uses the Web to deliver value by
creating communication solutions including long distance and conference
calling.  Customers in more than 120 countries currently use Bestnetcall,
which requires no changes to existing phone systems or special hardware or
software to operate.  Corporate and residential customers can save up to 70
percent using Bestnetcall.
