titles to be shown at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). At this
year's E3, taking place May 17-19 at the Los Angeles Convention Center,
Interplay plans to "redefine the game" by showcasing such ground-breaking
titles as Baldur's Gate(TM): Dark Alliance, Hunter: The Reckoning(TM),
RLH(TM), Giants(TM): Citizen Kabuto, Rubu Tribe, Star Trek(R): Shattered

A proven top PC game publisher who has developed some of the most
creative, innovative and popular computer games in the industry, Interplay is
in the process of adding to the company's legacy with several new outstanding
PC titles as well as stunning next generation console games for Sony's
PlayStation(R)2 computer entertainment system and the Xbox(TM) video game

Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance for the PlayStation 2 computer entertainment
system. Developed by Snowblind Studios and published by Black Isle Studios, a
division of Interplay, Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance is a breakthrough product
that infuses eye-popping technology into a thrilling action-adventure game
that immerses the player in a rich, compelling storyline. Set in the most
popular Dungeons & Dragons(R) campaign setting, The Forgotten Realms(R), and
maintaining the appeal of the original franchise, Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance
will be an entirely new, action-packed experience that opens the Baldur's Gate
fiction to a new, wider audience. Faithful adaptation of the new Dungeons &
Dragons rules set, customizable player characters, rich character development
and dramatic new spells and abilities combine to create an engrossing
experience that will captivate console gamers hungry for a dynamic and
rewarding action game for the PlayStation 2 that takes full advantage of the

Developed by Digital Mayhem, a division of Interplay, RLH brings a whole
new breed of action-terror game to the PlayStation 2 computer entertainment
system. RLH is a groundbreaking, hair-raising experience that takes players
to an ordinary mining space station, the Forsetti, that soon becomes anything
but ordinary after a terrifying species of aliens invade the outpost. Your
goal -- eliminate as many of the nasty creatures as you can, grab your loved
ones and get the hell off the station! The game features incredible graphics,
fast-paced console action plus the voice talents of Lance Henriksen, Kate
Mulgrew and Michael Ironside.
Following the popularity of Giants: Citizen Kabuto, Digital Mayhem is now
bringing the fun of Giants to the PlayStation 2. Created by Planet Moon
Studios(TM), the story of Giants takes place on a distant planet where three
powerful forces are about to collide in the most spectacular action game ever
seen! Giants: Citizen Kabuto's award-winning gameplay offers up unbelievable
action, tons of laughs, gripping drama, and amazing graphics. Play as three
unique species including the technologically powerful, hard partying Meccs,

Premiering at E3 this year is Rubu Tribe for the PlayStation 2. Coming

of a tribe of creatures known as the Rubu. The tribe, along with the

player must lead the village safely through a dangerous and beautiful organic

Interplay will also be showcasing Star Trek: Shattered Universe for the
PlayStation 2 computer entertainment system. Developed by Starsphere
Interactive, Inc., Star Trek: Shattered Universe is a space-based action-
shooter set in the dark alternative universe first depicted in the original
Star Trek series episode, "Mirror, Mirror". Captain Sulu and the crew of the
USS Excelsior must fight for their survival when they are thrust into a
dangerous "Mirror" universe. Hunted by the forces of the Empire, the
Excelsior and her new compliment of one-man fighters must battle former
friends, and seek out unlikely allies, in an altered reality where everything
is a dark reflection of its true self. Their only chance to return home lies

Hunter: The Reckoning is currently in development for the Xbox(TM) video
game system from Microsoft. Hunter is a thrilling action-adventure game based
on the mysterious characters and spine-tingling fiction found in the popular
role-playing game Hunter: The Reckoning and the mystifying World of
Darkness(TM) universe in which it is based. Developed by High Voltage
Software, Inc. for Digital Mayhem using the AtlasTech Game Engine(TM) licensed
technology, Hunter is based on the popular license from White Wolf Publishing,
Inc.
From the creator of Lara Croft comes a new breed of hero in Galleon(TM),
an exciting action-adventure game developed for release on the Xbox video game
system. Set across six unique islands, the Galleon adventure takes Rhama
Sabrier, the dashing captain of the Endeavor, from the bustling port of Akbah
to islands populated with giant monsters, evil slave lords and, of course,
damsels in distress in a story of intrigue, magic, love, obsession and
revenge.
Interplay also has an extraordinary range of outstanding PC titles to be
featured at this years E3 expo. Neverwinter Nights(TM) will be the first
computer game that brings the full Dungeons & Dragons(R) gaming system
faithfully to the PC. In addition to an epic single player game, the
Neverwinter Toolset, designed specifically for the online, multiplayer
environment, utilizes the latest in 3D technology to capture all the magic of
the pen and paper Dungeon Master experience on your computer. This fast-paced
RPG adventure will re-define the genre, allowing you to alter the plot,
possess characters, and manage combat from behind the scenes in real-time

Also being shown by Black Isle Studios is Baldur's Gate(TM) II: Throne of

an expansion product to the award-winning role-playing game Baldur's Gate(TM)
II: Shadows of Amn(TM). Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal expands and enriches
the gameplay experience by adding several new locations, high-level spells and
powerful new characters to the Baldur's Gate game. Set in the Forgotten
Realms(R) campaign world of the Dungeons & Dragons game, Throne of Bhaal is
the ultimate conclusion of the Baldur's Gate legend as gamers fulfill their

TORN is another epic tale from Black Isle Studios that will be on display

players take command of a super-powerful aircraft carrier/manufacturing
platform. Players create military units with their carrier and command their
army against the forces of the Old World Cabal. Then, when their plans are
laid, players will take control of their units, leading from the front lines
in intense third-person action!
The latest addition to the critically acclaimed Star Trek: Starfleet
Command(R) franchise, Star Trek: Starfleet Command(R) - Orion Pirates, will
