LONDON, May 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Leading global customer care and

the company.

Under the agreement, CSG will work closely with BT to upgrade six
deployments across the group to the newest version of Kenan/BP, part of the
Kenan FX framework. These operations include longstanding CSG customers BT
Retail, the UK's largest communications service provider to residential and
business markets with more than 20 million subscribers, as well as BT Global
Services in Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland and Italy.
When deployed within these operating units, CSG Kenan/BP will support a
wide array of wholesale and retail telecommunications services for some of the
largest commercial business and governmental agency customers across Europe,
including IP, fixed line local and long distance and broadband services.
In addition, the agreement also gives BT the flexibility to use the
Kenan/BP billing platform and to extend its use of the Kenan solution to
support other operations within BT Group.
BT's decision to upgrade all of its divisions currently supported by CSG
was based upon CSG's proven capabilities in supporting the needs of complex
corporate accounts, which represents a significant and growing segment of BT's
customer base. With Kenan/BP, BT's operating divisions can continue proven
abilities to support complex corporate account structures and ensure that
invoices are accurately billed to the appropriate account within an
organization.
"BT has used the Kenan billing solution for more than 10 years across
multiple services and countries. This latest agreement underscores our
commitment to CSG's Kenan solutions as an integral part of our long-term
billing strategy in supporting our customers with the best possible customer
experience and portfolio of services," said John Knights, director billing,
BT.
"CSG is proud to continue our longstanding partnership with BT by
delivering our newest billing solution," said Chris McGrady, acting managing
director, CSG Systems' Europe, Middle East and Africa region. "BT is an
important customer to us, and we look forward to entering a new phase of
collaboration as their business evolves."
