chief executive officer. Additionally, Axentis has closed a round of funding

Berkey joins Axentis after serving as president and CEO of Proficiency, a

of design interoperability. Throughout his career, he has driven accelerated
growth at both large and small software organizations through successfully
signing Fortune 100 customers, raising capital, and expanding offerings.
Berkey's broad technology background includes experience in the fields of
database management, application development, document management, ERP and
engineering software. Prior to joining Proficiency, Scott served as the Vice
President and General Manager of Asia-Pacific Operations for Structural
Dynamics Research Corporation (SDRC).
