announced the election of five new members to its board of directors. The
directors were nominated by Orinda, California-based Kensington Investment
Group, Inc. They replace five directors whose terms expired at the conclusion
of this year's annual meeting.
The directors are: John P. Kramer, 42, president and co-founder of
Kensington Investment Group; Paul Gray, 34, executive vice president and
co-founder of Kensington Investment Group; Jill Holup, 36, partner at John
McStay Investment Counsel in Dallas; Jeffrey Lewis, 54, vice president at
Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel, Inc. in California; and Andrew Miller,
45, president of Miller Capital Advisory, Inc. in Chicago.
