Scratched Game CD? Get Back in the Game with 'GameDR AutoMax'

Repairs Discs in 60 Seconds; First Fully Automated Solution

LOS ANGELES, May 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Booth #7143 Kentia Hall -- Does your
copy of Need for Speed: Underground 2 freeze while you're careening through
Beacon Hill? Does your well-played Halo disc crash just when you're about to
rescue the world from the clutches of the Covenant? Refill your life meter
with GameDR(R) AutoMax(TM) (MSRP $39.99) -- a new desktop "doctor" from
Digital Innovations that gets you back in the game in 60 seconds with a quick
spin of a resurfacing device.
Just spray the ailing disc with the resurfacing fluid included in the
package, slip it into the slot toaster-style, and the motorized resurfacing
wheel will remove a microscopic layer of plastic on the playside while leaving
the contents intact. Dry and shine the disc with the special cloth and
buffing square provided, grab your controller, and start playing.
Slightly larger than a computer speaker, GameDR AutoMax is the first fully
automated product in its class (hence "AutoMax"). It turns on, loads, spins,
repairs, ejects and shuts off automatically; has built-in storage compartments
for housing the resurfacing fluid, drying cloth and buffing square; and can
run on DC power or six AA batteries.
It can be used to repair surface scratches or abrasions on any kind of
disc from game, music and movie titles to CDs or DVDs containing irreplaceable
photos, indispensable software programs, or years of work. The patented
radial resurfacing wheel repairs up to 50 discs and can be replaced for $12.99
(MSRP).
GameDR is also available in a manual, hand-cranked model called the GameDR
Advanced (MSRP $29.99) that uses the same patented technology to repair
scratches without the automated features of the AutoMax version.
GameDR AutoMax and GameDR Advanced are available now at retail outlets
including Best Buy, Circuit City, Media Play and Sam Goody or online at
http://www.digitalinnovations.com .
Both products are complete redesigns of Digital Innovations' original
GameDR, the #1 game disc repair product in the marketplace and the only one
that repairs consistently across the most common scratch types without
decreasing disc playability or degrading disc quality. Both products are the
latest additions to Digital Innovations' Excelerator(TM) line of gaming
accessories.
