Edens & Avant Adds Two Publix-Anchored Centers in South Florida

    MIAMI, May 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Edens & Avant, one of the nation's
leading private retail real estate companies, today announced acquisition
of two Publix-anchored shopping centers in the South Florida market,
increasing the Company's operations and portfolio size in this area. On
Tuesday Edens & Avant purchased North Delray Commons, a 34,000-square foot
center in Delray Beach, Florida, and The Shoppes at Western Woods, a
48,000-square foot center in North Lauderdale.

two great properties in strong locations with a well-performing,

    North Delray Commons is located on Federal Highway (U.S. 1) in Delray
Beach and has excellent access along this major thoroughfare. High incomes
and a growing residential market undergoing significant revitalization
surround the center.
    The Shoppes at Western Woods is situated two miles west of the Florida
Turnpike on McNab Road in North Lauderdale. The center is embedded in a
densely populated residential area with strong demographics.
