Bruner has been promoted to Director of Leasing for the Mid-Atlantic
region.

Bruner will oversee leasing for the Company's 44-property portfolio in
the Mid-Atlantic region. Additionally, she will be heavily involved in
merchandise planning and leasing for the Company's 20 developments and
redevelopments in progress in the market, working closely with the
Development team.

Bruner is a graduate of the University of Maryland. She joined Edens &
Avant in 2002 from Carl M. Freeman Retail where she was a leasing
representative.
