Edens III, VP-Redevelopment, has achieved the Certified Property Manager(R)
(CPM) designation, a credentialed membership program of the Institute of
Real Estate Management(R).
Edens has been working toward the CPM(R) designation in preparation for
his transition to VP-Property Management, which will occur in late 2007
when Hal Cottingham, current VP-Property Management, retires.
