Planetwide Games Now Combines Over 100 Video Game Titles With 8.2 Million
                          Registered Users Worldwide

    LOS ANGELES, May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Planetwide Games an innovator and
leading video game publisher and distributor -- a Bluetorch On-Line Games,
Inc. company, announces today that it has signed an exclusive worldwide
Marketing and Master Licensor agreement with Youxiland Digital Co. Ltd. of
Taiwan, and their affiliates including Gamasoft of South Korea. Planetwide
Games has also signed an option to acquire Youxiland and Gamasoft. This
strategic partnership agreement creates a vertically integrated global
organization with development, production, marketing, and sales thus allowing
the partners to widen their distribution channels and publishing capabilities.
Youxiland Digital Co. Ltd. and Gamasoft are the developers of MMORPG, PC
online, console, casual and mobile games such as "RYL: Risk Your Life," "RYL:
Path of the Emperor," "RYL: Battle Lohan," "Darcania," "i-Youxi" series of
games, "Luna," "Friends," "Lion Heart" and many others.

    Planetwide Games will be inviting and including China, United Kingdom,

Emperor" $1 Million Grand Prize Skill-Based Player Tournament which will
launch in North America on July 1, 2005. The "RYL: Path of the Emperor" $1
Million Tournament is the largest single prize money in the history of the
video game industry. Planetwide Games, recently launched throughout North
America Pre-Order retail boxes of "RYL: Path of the Emperor" through EB Games,

the Emperor" full version game will launch at retail throughout North America

"RYL: Path of the Emperor" as well as additional MMORPG and Video Games that
