MIAMI, May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Edens & Avant, one of the nation's

expanding their presence in southern Florida and opening a Regional
Headquarters in Miami. Jami Passer has been hired as VP - South Florida to
head the new office and oversee development, redevelopment and acquisition
activities in this market.

Currently, Edens & Avant has four assets under contract for acquisition

Atlanta, the Miami office will be staffed with fully integrated
development, leasing and property management teams.

Passer brings substantial real estate and transactional expertise to
her new position. Prior to joining Edens & Avant, she was a partner and
consultant with P3 Partners, a South Florida real estate advisory firm.
Previously she was a Managing Director in the Real Estate Capital Markets
Group of Andersen Corporate Finance.
