Waters has joined the company as Director of Leasing.

Realty Advisors in Atlanta where she was Director of Leasing.
With more than 20 years of retail real estate experience, Waters holds
a Real Estate Broker's License in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, South Carolina
and Tennessee and is a Certified Leasing Specialist, Certified Shopping
Center Manager and Certified Property Manager.
Edens & Avant owns 19 properties in the Atlanta MSA, including Lenox
Marketplace, the 430,000 square-foot center across the street from Phipps
Plaza.
