SANTA CLARA, Calif., May 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marvell (Nasdaq:
MRVL) today announced it will match employee donations with a company
contribution of up to $1 million for victims of the disastrous Sichuan
earthquake and the cyclone in Burma, also known as Myanmar. The Company,
with close ties to and operations in China, expressed its deep concern for
the two countries' citizens.

in China, and about the tragic effects of Cyclone Nargis," said Sehat

make donations to the relief work in China and Burma, and we will match
