And THE MATRIX REVOLUTIONS at E3

entertainment software, announces that its highly anticipated video game,
Enter The Matrix, developed in conjunction with the upcoming sequel to the
critically acclaimed Academy Award-winning action thriller THE MATRIX, will be
created for all next-generation platforms, including the PlayStation(R)2
computer entertainment system, the Xbox(TM) video game system from Microsoft,
the Nintendo GameCube and the personal computer.

Developed by Infogrames' Shiny Entertainment, Enter The Matrix, is
currently scheduled to be released simultaneously on all platforms in
conjunction with the theatrical release of THE MATRIX RELOADED from Warner
Bros. Pictures in May 2003.
To kick off the game, Infogrames will show the first official movie
trailer for the highly anticipated sequels, THE MATRIX RELOADED and THE MATRIX
REVOLUTIONS, in the Company's booth (South Hall #924) at the Electronic
Entertainment Expo (E3) May 22 - 24, 2002 in Los Angeles.

The trailer for THE MATRIX RELOADED and THE MATRIX REVOLUTIONS will play
in the Infogrames E3 booth (#924) in Los Angeles, Calif. at 12:30pm and 4:00pm
on May 22nd; 11:30am, 2:45pm, and 5:15pm on May 23rd; and 11:30am and 2:45pm
on May 24th.
