Vaster, Faster and so Totally Searchable; Powell Goldstein Unveils Its Next Generation Web Site

ATLANTA, May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy LLP
today unveiled its next-generation web site, http://www.pgfm.com . "Over the last
several months we have been listening to our visitors, gathering their
suggestions and working on improvements to pgfm.com," declared Laura Weidig,
who led the redesign project for the Firm. Weidig continued, "And today we
are proud to invite you to visit our new and improved web site." The
architecture, design, and execution of the new site were done entirely in
house by the Firm's web team: Martin Gold, Katherine Koops, Chuck McCampbell,
Chris McDaniel, Jim Miskovsky, Yonghui Mo, Carol Todd Thomas and Laura Weidig.

    Enhancements:
    * a fabulous full site search engine that delivers detailed key word
searches on any topic organizing the results that reveal relevant
information in a list of links that include events, news stories,
publications, bios and practices -- this is a terrific way for clients,
prospects, and members of the Firm to stay current and learn about all
       that Powell Goldstein does
    * live feeds of business and world news about client industries and the
Firm that are linked to the site via NewsEdge
    * faster load times for the home page and interior pages

    Features:
    * a robust content management system that allows immediate updates of
bios, practice descriptions and vital Firm information
    * a new navigation system that makes it easier than ever to get around
       the site
    * an intuitive layout with a new arrangement of information on the
homepage that gives visitors more information -- the Firm eliminated
their old news scroll, an architecture that can feature up to three
headline stories and links to up to 11 more lead stories, and separate
searchable categories for publications, news and events, and a new
easier to read font treatment throughout the site

"We are very proud of our site," said Armin Brecher, Chair of Powell
Goldstein's Board of Partners, "and we look forward to continuing to hear from
our clients, friends and visitors about what they would like our site to do
for them."
