Digital Jesters and AGEIA Join Forces to Get Physical

Digital Jesters Selects AGEIA's Hardware-Accelerated Physics Technologies for
                               All Future Games

LOS ANGELES, May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Video game publisher Digital Jesters
announced today at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) its exclusive
support of AGEIA(TM) Technologies' revolutionary PhysX(TM) processor and
NovodeX(TM) physics software for all future games. The first Digital Jesters
published game to utilize these technologies will be Bet on Soldier, a
first-person shooter available for the PC that launches this summer in the US
and worldwide.
The AGEIA PhysX processor is a revolutionary new category of processor
that will help redefine how physics in video games are perceived, featuring
the Physics Processing Unit -- the next milestone in the evolution of game
acceleration hardware. AGEIA's NovodeX physics software is also uniquely
equipped for this revolution in hardware-accelerated physics, and is the only
multi-threaded physics API that can unleash the power of multiprocessor
systems.
"We have always been keen to work with the most advanced technology
available for our games, and these tools from AGEIA allow our developers to be
on the cutting edge in their fields," said Leo Zullo, Digital Jesters
co-founder and marketing director.
As a new alternative to global publishing for developers, Digital Jesters
has released a string of high profile titles in its 18 months of existence and
continues to push the envelope on original games in an age of sequels and
licenses. Bet on Soldier is one such example with its innovative betting
system in a first-person shooter combined with revolutionary physics
technology.
"Digital Jesters has demonstrated a commitment to publishing truly
innovative games, and we're thrilled to support that trend by licensing our
unique physics tools to them for game development of the highest caliber,"
said Andy Keane, vice president of marketing for AGEIA.

Digital Jesters will be demonstrating Bet on Soldier at E3 this week in
Los Angeles.

    About AGEIA
AGEIA(TM) Technologies, Inc. is a fabless semiconductor company and the
pioneer of hardware-accelerated physics for games. Its flagship product, the
PhysX processor, is the world's first dedicated physics processing unit -- a
completely new hardware category. The PhysX processor and supporting software
deliver the processing horsepower to calculate real-time interactive worlds.
Developers can define these worlds to obey the laws of classical physics, or
create their own physical laws that make their game a unique,
hyper-dimensional experience.
AGEIA seeks to ignite innovation in the games industry by working with
leading developers, publishers, add-in board vendors and console manufacturers
to deliver the next generation of physically immersive entertainment.
Consumer add-in boards and systems equipped with the AGEIA PhysX processor and
games that take advantage of the technology will be available in late 2005.

    About Digital Jesters
Founded in 2003, Digital Jesters is a British-based publisher of computer
and video games. This summer, the company is introducing Bet on Soldier, a
first-person shooter that received critical acclaim throughout Europe. Set up
by the duo responsible for launching and establishing the Sudden Strike and
Cossacks series of games in the UK, the firm's remit is simple: to source and
publish the best games available. Digital Jesters' commitment to originality
resulted in snapping up the original TrackMania game from French developer
Nadeo and with the ethos of community development, the game quickly became one
of the sleeper hits of the year. A tie-in with record-breaking yachtswoman
Ellen Macarthur for the firm's second release, Virtual Skipper 3, ensured the
game received widespread attention among the elusive non-gamer, and firmly
placed the publisher on the map.
