arranged $24,000,000 in financing for a Chesapeake, Virginia apartment
complex.
The 619-unit Holly Point Apartments are located at 2412 Holly Point Road.
The borrower received permanent, fixed rate funding for the property. Complex
amenities include a clubhouse with fitness center, sauna, jacuzzi, and
swimming pool, along with a putting green, tennis courts, playground, and a
car washing facility and a gazebo with a grill and sitting area.
GMACCM Vice President and Branch Manager Arthur Gormley of the Virginia
Beach, VA office arranged the financing for the transaction.
