Trust (NYSE: RPT) announced today that it has entered into new Employment
Agreements with three of its executives, Joel Gershenson, Bruce Gershenson and
Michael A. Ward (the "Executives"). Under the terms of the new Agreements the
Executives will relinquish their day to day responsibilities to participate in
an Advisory Committee which will focus on strategic planning, annual goals,
major project review and monitoring the progress of the Trust's Business Plan.
In addition, the Executives will be available to undertake specific project
oriented tasks where their experience, expertise and relationships will
benefit the Trust. "The Executives chose this path to provide advancement
