CUPERTINO, Calif., May 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
Rational Software Corporation (Nasdaq: RATL) today announced that David
Henshall has been named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the
company. Mr. Henshall succeeds Timothy A. Brennan, who will continue to serve
the company in an advisory capacity.
