ORLANDO, Fla., ISPCON Show, May 23 /PRNewswire/ -- CSG Systems, Inc., a
subsidiary of CSG Systems International, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSGS), announced it has
signed a five-year contract for billing and customer care services with
RMI.NET, Inc. (Nasdaq: RMII). RMI.NET is a national e-commerce and
connectivity company based in Denver.

RMI.NET will utilize CSG's recently introduced enabling business solution,
CSG.net. CSG.net is a suite of Internet Protocol (IP) customer care and
billing applications developed specifically for the Internet Service Provider
(ISP) and Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) markets. Utilization of CSG's billing
and customer care services will allow RMI.NET to fully integrate the
16 companies acquired in 1999 and reduce monthly expenses by $150,000. This
reduction is consistent with the previously announced goal of being EBITDA
neutral by Dec. 2000.
