CONMED Corporation (Nasdaq: CNMD) today announced the pricing of a follow-on
offering by the Company of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock being offered
for sale at $ 23.50 per share. This offering is expected to close on May 29,
2002 and all shares are being sold by the Company. The Company also has
granted the underwriters a 30 day option to purchase an additional 450,000
shares of common stock to cover any over-allotments.
