arranged $53,500,000 in financing for a Minneapolis, Minnesota, apartment
complex.
The 351-unit Calhoun Beach Club Apartments are located on 3.5 acres at
2925 Dean Parkway. The borrower, AIMCO Properties LP, received permanent,
fixed rate funding with a 20-year amortization. Complex amenities include a
health club, valet services, swimming pool and private restaurant. The
property has a total of 597,567 square feet.
