Coreboard prices on the European continent will increase by 30 Euro per
ton and in the United Kingdom by 25 GBP per ton, effective with shipments
on or after June 26, 2006.
"The increase is based on continuing increased costs for energy,
chemicals and transportation," said Harrell. "It constitutes the second
part of a previously announced two-part pricing initiative. The first was
implemented in March 2006 with the stated intent to implement a second part
as warranted by raw material and energy costs."

Corporation. The joint venture operates 39 core and tube plants and six
paper mills throughout Europe.
