Partnership Sees Integration of Wireless Location-Based Technology With Mobile
Internet Services
CALGARY, Alberta, June 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Cell-Loc Inc. (Toronto: CLQ), a
leading wireless location-based technology and services provider, and
Geoworks Corporation (Nasdaq: GWRX), a pioneer in mobile data communications
services and technologies, today announced a partnership to introduce a new
location-based mobile service powered by Cell-Loc's position location
technology and Geoworks' proprietary Premion Server+(TM). A trial of the
service will begin in late fall with subscribers of Mobile Attitude(TM),
Geoworks' innovative mobile service that delivers targeted information to
mobile devices.

Geoworks will benefit by being able to test location technology for its
Mobile ASP(TM) service. The position location technology provided by Cell-Loc
will enable Mobile ASP clients to deliver focused and relevant information
that subscribers and customers value. With the ability to more effectively
target customers based on their location, Geoworks' Mobile ASP clients will
increase revenue, reduce costs and increase customer loyalty.
