mobile communications, announced they have entered into a cross-licensing
arrangement of several patents from both parties including Geoworks' Flex UI
Patent(TM). The cross licensing arrangement will allow users to have access
to personalized services anytime and anywhere. Specifically, with use of
these patents, Ericsson will be furthering its position in the development and
marketing of Internet enabled terminals and infrastructure equipment while
Geoworks will enhance its Mobile ASP(TM) product offering and its newly
acquired AirBoss(TM) Wireless Systems mobile data solutions.
