CoolSavings(R) Selects Geoworks' Mobile ASP(TM) Solution to Deliver Wireless Promotional Messages

 New Mobile Service Will Enable CoolSavings' Extensive Member Base to Receive
           Savings Incentives and Rewards on Their Wireless Devices

whereby CoolSavings will utilize Geoworks' Mobile ASP(TM) solution to help
power CoolSavings' new mobile media initiative.  Geoworks' mobile
communications solution will enable CoolSavings to extend their suite of
e-marketing services to include the ability to send promotional incentives to
wireless devices.
    As part of this new initiative, CoolSavings' more than 10 million
registered members will be able to receive and take advantage of a broad range
of promotional incentives, such as coupons, personalized e-mail, rebates, and
savings notices, via targeted, one-to-one messages on their mobile devices.
